At the Toronto Foot Clinic, our mission is to make our patient’s needs our first and foremost priority. We believe it is our responsibility to make sure all of our patients feel at home and comfortable at our practice. We strive to give every patient the best possible care, from our first conversation to the final discharge.
We believe that prompt diagnosis, early intervention, and prevention are essential for the care and treatment of your feet. We provide a full range of podiatric medical care including both conservative and surgical therapies. Our team is committed to providing the finest podiatric care in a warm and friendly environment in order to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Policies
The Toronto Foot Clinic is committed to providing you with the highest quality foot care and therefore, it is important that you keep your appointments. We like to accommodate everyone but missed appointments and late cancellations prevent us from being able to help everyone in a timely manner. Your appointment time is held for you. Please understand that a missed appointment or late cancellation prevents another client from accessing our services.
A “missed appointment” is someone who:
Misses their appointment
Cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours (1 business day) notice
Fails to arrive at a reasonable time of a scheduled appointment (i.e. a late arrival)
If you miss your appointment, a missed appointment fee will be applied to your account. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you after other patients are seen, and if the schedule permits. To avoid missing your appointment, please make sure that we have your current email address on file so that you will receive your appointment reminders in a timely fashion. Please call us (416-506-3668) if you are running late for any reason as this will help us with rescheduling.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request 1 Business Day notice for all cancellations. Cancellations within 1 Business Day of previously scheduled appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the original service charge.
LATE POLICY
We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next scheduled patient's service at their scheduled time. Original service cost still applies.
If you are running late, please email or call us immediately so we can advise on your options.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment, in order to avoid a penalty, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy and notify us at least one (1) business day prior to your appointment.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations made on the weekend for Monday appointments, as this does not meet the required notice period.
If you fail to attend your appointment without providing the required notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
We highly value everyone's time and try our hardest to adhere to all scheduling. We kindly request that you respect this as well.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, you may not be seen, and we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive late and are seen, your appointment may be shorter, and we may not be able to provide you with the care that you need. I understand all fees for cancellations/missed appointments are the patient’s responsibility.
